Please read the following very carefully, failing to follow the below senior square and senior portrait instructions could result in it not being placed in the yearbook.
If a photographer took your senior picture, they will send it to us directly. If anyone else took it, it is your/their responsibility to make sure that we get it. Ask your photographer to send it directly to us via both emails listed below. Also, ask them to request that we reply to the email to confirm that I have received it. We have had instances where a photographer misspelled our email and we never received it.
We need a 2" x 3" image at a resolution of 300. It needs to be a
jpeg formatted file.
Send picture as an attachment to both emails below:
Please make sure you receive a confirmation email back from us. If you don't, it probably means that we didn't receive it.

Senior Square dimensions are as follows: 1.75 inches width by 3 inches height at a resolution of 300. Please contact a yearbook staff member or Mr. Yutkins with any questions or problems regarding senior squares. See below for examples of the appearance and content of senior squares.
Please take note that the template to the right should open in MS Word at 3" tall by 1.75" wide...contact us if it isn't working properly on your computer.
